A woman has told how she lost a staggering 14 and a half stone without doing Whatsoever exercise.
Mother-of-one Aisling Shush, from Fermanagh, weighed 27 stone at the age of 27.
She shed half her trunk weight in three years.
The Slimming World consultant credits the weight management plan for her incredible weight loss, admitting that she lost more than than 200lbs through eating alone and only recently took up swimming.
"I have to be honest it's actually only in the last two to three weeks that I've started taking upwardly exercise.
"It's but at present that I feel better in myself that I feel the confidence to start taking up things like that," Aisling told RSVP.
Notwithstanding, Aisling, 30, says, she has been more than active since shedding the weight, now that she tin can chase afterward her son, Jack, who'southward near seven.
"My little boy is autistic so he'southward really hyperactive and I could never do anything with him because I just wasn't able to, whereas now I can run about and play with him and chase him when he goes to run away from me," she laughs.
Aisling struggled with her weight from a young age and can remember realising she was "big" for the commencement time at effectually age nine, something she struggled with and carried with her for 21 years.
"It stays with you and all information technology takes is i or ii kids to say something and and so you think that well-nigh yourself for the rest of your life," she said.

"I know it can be scary only the first pace is reaching out to the consultant and biting the bullet. Join the group because the showtime solar day is the hardest and in one case you get over that you're fine".
After an indulgent Christmas and dreary January, it can be hard to face the scales again, but Aisling says people shouldn't let one bad weigh-in deter them from creating a better life for themselves.
"They just think if they have ane bad counterbalance they're a failure and they're embarrassed to talk about it just nosotros all take those weeks, including me," she says.
